Dr. Deepika Sapra

Co-Founder | Oral Health Expert

With a strong clinical background and administrative experience, Dr. Sapra leads clinical coordination, patient engagement, family communication, and operational workflows at Amoli.

Her experience with patient counseling, palliative medicine, clinical procedure coordination, and holistic care planning allows Amoli to deliver a seamless and compassionate experience to patients and their families. She oversees training of nurses and caretakers, ensuring they maintain the empathy and professionalism that define Amoli.

 Dr. Prateek Vashishtha (P&O)

Co-Founder | Rehabilitation & Assistive Technology Expert

With extensive experience in rehabilitation sciences, disability inclusion, prosthetics & orthotics, and community-based care systems, Dr. Vashishtha leads Amoli’s rehabilitation, mobility, and patient-support programs.

His background includes clinical rehabilitation, government and non-government research work, community health projects, and development of assistive solutions for patients with mobility limitations.

At Amoli, he ensures that recovery pathways integrate advanced rehab, orthotics, walking aids, and functional training, ensuring faster and safer recovery at home.

Dr. Manoj Bajaj 

Honorary Mentor | Public Health Specialist | Leadership and Outreach

Dr. Bajaj contributes as an Honorary Mentor, offering strategic guidance on clinical quality, patient safety, and structured geriatric care delivery. With extensive experience in public health systems, he supports Amoli through counsel and knowledge-sharing, helping the organization uphold high ethical and professional standards.

His role is advisory, non-operational, and complementary to the organization’s mission.
